Coronavirus Pandemic

In early 2020 a worldwide virus spread quickly through most of the world and caused many deaths. In March this was declared to be a pandemic by the WHO (World Health Organisation) and on Monday 23 March measures were introduced by the UK government resulting in the closure of most shops and businesses.
