CAT Digger Working on the Site where the Cowgate Fire took Place in 2002 Alongside Archaeologists - 2012

This site was cleared following a major fire in 2002. The damaged buildings were demolished and AOC Archaeology moved in to examine the site to gain greater understanding of how Edinburgh evolved from a medieval town to a modern city.
