The Steel Cladding on the Thames Barrier Reflecting a Cloudy Blue Sky
The Thames Barrier was designed by Charles Draper and opened in 1984. It is operated by the Environment Agency and protects London from rising sea levels. It is expected to be in operation until 2070.
