Memorial Plaque to Captain Joesph P. Curry in the Lockerbie Garden of Remembrance
Pan Am jumbo jet flight 103 with 258 passengers on board crashed on to the town of Lockerbie on 21st December 1988. It is believed to have been blown out of the sky by a bomb planted on board by a Libyan agent.
