The 5 Star Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel Across the Roof of Waverley Station with Street Advertising along a wall

The hotel was built by W. Hamilton Beattie in 1902 for The North British Railway Company. It was called The North British Hotel until 1980 when after refurbishment it was renamed The Balmoral.
