Designed by Anish Kapoor, this is Britains largest piece of public art. It was mostly paid for by Lakshmi Mittal - Britain's richest person - and has been the centre of controversy on several levels. It offers 2 viewing platforms to the public during the Olympics in London and is hoped to provide a lasting legacy from London's hosting of the 2012 Olympic Games.
